You can enable Bluetooth sharing to receive files over Bluetooth in the Downloads folder

  1. Go to the desktop and start typing Bluetooth.

  2. Click on Bluetooth to open the panel.

  3. Make sure that Bluetooth is switched on.

  4. Bluetooth-enabled devices can send files to your Downloads folder only when the Bluetooth panel is open.

You can change the name your computer displays to other devices.
