Palaist lietotnes

Click the Endless button at left corner of the taskbar to show the Desktop. This is where you can find all of your applications. You can also go to the Desktop by pressing the Super key.

There are several ways of opening an application once you’re in the Desktop:

  • Iesākat rakstīt lietotnes nosaukumu — meklēšana sāksies nekavējoties (ja tā nenotiek, spiediet meklēšanas joslu augšējā ekrāna daļā un sāciet rakstīt). Ja nezināt precīzu lietotnes nosaukumu, mēģiniet ievadīt saistītu vārdu. Spiediet uz lietojumikonas, lai palaistu lietotni.

  • Some applications have icons in the horizontal strip on the left-hand side of the Taskbar. Click one of these to start the corresponding application.

    If you have applications that you use very frequently, you can add them to the taskbar yourself.

  • When looking at the Desktop, you will see the first page of all installed applications. To see more applications, press the arrow on the right. Press on the application to start it.

Palaist komandu ātri

Vēl viens veids, kā palaist lietotni, ir spiest Alt+F2, ievadīt tās komandas nosaukumu, un spiest Enter taustiņu.

Piemēram, lai palaistu Rhythmbox, spiediet Alt+F2 un rakstiet “rhythmbox” (bez pēdiņām). Lietotnes nosaukums ir arī komanda, ar ko palaiž programmu.
