Iniciar aplicaciones

Click the Endless button at left corner of the taskbar to show the Desktop. This is where you can find all of your applications. You can also go to the Desktop by pressing the Super key.

There are several ways of opening an application once you’re in the Desktop:

  • Comience a escribir el nombre de una aplicación; la búsqueda comenzará al instante. (Si esto no sucede, pulse en la barra de búsqueda en la parte superior de la pantalla y comience a escribir.) Si no conoce el nombre exacto de la aplicación, pruebe a escribir un término relacionado. Pulse en el icono de la aplicación para iniciarla.

  • Some applications have icons in the horizontal strip on the left-hand side of the Taskbar. Click one of these to start the corresponding application.

    If you have applications that you use very frequently, you can add them to the taskbar yourself.

  • When looking at the Desktop, you will see the first page of all installed applications. To see more applications, press the arrow on the right. Press on the application to start it.

Ejecutar rápidamente un comando

Otra manera de ejecutar una aplicación es pulsar Alt+F2, introduciendo el nombre del comando y pulsando la tecla Intro.

Por ejemplo, para lanzar Rhythmbox, pulse Alt+F2 y escriba «rhythmbox» (sin las comillas). El nombre de la aplicación es el comando para lanzar el programa.

Use las teclas de flechas para acceder rápidamente a comandos ejecutados anteriormente
