Pielāgot ekrāna krāsas temperatūru

Datora ekrāns izstaro zilo gaismu, kas traucē sekmē bezmiegu un acu noguršanu pēc saulrieta. Nakts gaisma maina displeja krāsu atbilstoši diennakts laikam, vakarā padarot krāsas siltākas. Lai ieslēgtu Nakts gaismu:

  1. Go to the Desktop and start typing Displays.

  2. Click Displays to open the panel.

  3. Click Night Light in the header bar to open the settings.

  4. Ensure the Night Light switch is set to on.

  5. Under Schedule, select Sunset to Sunrise to make the screen color follow the sunset and sunrise times for your location. Select Manual to set the Times to a custom schedule.

  6. Use the slider to adjust the Color Temperature to be more warm or less warm.

The taskbar shows when Night Light is active. It can be temporarily disabled from the system menu.
